Are your cafe and bistro products waterproof?

Coffee is delicious, but can make for a very messy business! The majority of our products come with a water resistant laminate. In addition to moisture-resistance, this lamination also helps protect your decals, stickers and labels from UV and scratches. The only product that is not equipped with this nifty laminate are out paper roll labels.

Can I get assistance with my design?

Can I get customized samples?

Absolutely! We provide tailored sample packets for a minimal fee. These packets are for people who have already created their design and just want to see how it will look printed on a few different products. If you’d like this sample option, then please fill out our custom sample packet request form.

Additionally, we offer basic sample packets so that you can experience all of our different product materials in person before you place an order. Please fill out a sample packet request form to request these samples.

Do you provide artwork proofs?

We offer free artwork proofs so you can preview your design and catch any errors or typos. Proofs also allow you to submit any changes you’d like. You will need to approve your proof via email before we put it into production.

What kind of price influence will a custom design with lots of different colors and fonts have?

In general, your custom design itself will not impact pricing. Just like ordering pounds of coffee beans or pallets of baked goods, the size and quantity you order are the real factors that affect price. That being said, you may include as many colors and fonts as you’d like, or that will fit, in your design at no extra charge.
