What materials are your magnets made from?
Our products are made from either standard or reflective 30 millimeter magnetic material and they come with a protective scratch and water-resistant laminate. The reflective material option works well for circuit breaker boxes or other safety signage.
What metals will magnets stick to?
Scientifically speaking, magnets will cling to Ferromagnetic materials. These are magnetic receptive rare earth minerals that include iron, nickel, steel, and cobalt. Due to the different alloy composition, magnets will not cling to stainless steel. Most refrigerator doors are made out of regular steel and that is why magnets so readily stick to them.
How many magnets can I order?
While we do not offer magnet sets per se, you can order a single magnet or 1,000. There is a bulk discount, so the more magnets that you order, the more money you will save.
What are the height and width limitations?
The minimum height and width is 2” and the maximum height and width is 12”. If you need a custom size, then please submit a custom quote request.
Are your magnets waterproof?
You will not have to worry about a dropped pickle jar or a broken ice maker hose—you never know what liquids will randomly leak and from where. Fortunately, our magnets are equipped with a water-resistant laminate.
Can my magnet be made to match the shape of my artwork?
Certainly, this is what the print industry refers to as die-cutting. Our magnets come in full bleed, so there isn’t any border that will interfere with a background.
Am I able to write on my magnet?
Yes, for more permanent messaging use a sharpie. Use a dry erase marker for temporary messages. The sharpie can be wiped off with a light chemical agent or warm soapy water.
How long will my magnet last?
Our magnets have a 2 to 5 year lifespan with proper installation and care.
Can I make a photo magnet for my fridge?
You can absolutely add photos, simply upload your file using our online design tool and create your cute photo magnet.
What are your magnets commonly used for?
Almost any design that you can use for a sticker or decal can also be made into a custom magnet. You can make kitchen calendars magnetic or you could make a cherished family photograph into a magnet for your kids' college dorm fridge. It may help remind them to call you more than just once per semester.
Taxi companies that use Fleet vehicles can also utilize car magnets in a similar fashion.
Smaller designs also have their own magic. One idea might be to create magnetic rack cards for promotional purposes. This would be ideal for repair service vehicles that stay parked for long periods of time. Magnets are very versatile products and can be utilized in many unique ways, just use your imagination.
