In the unlikely event that our product fails to meet your expectations or turn out defective, we provide a range of resolutions to rectify the issue. Depending on the nature of the issue, you have the following options for resolution:

  • I would still like to receive my full order.
  • I would like in-house credit for the value of my missing product.
  • I would like to get a replacement for the damaged part of my order.
  • I would like to receive in-house credit for the damaged part of my order.
  • I would like a replacement with a better print.
  • I can use the product as I received it and would like a 40% in-house credit toward a future order.
  • I would like to speak to someone about getting this corrected.
  • I would like a replacement for the scratched or wrinkled decal.
  • I would like a replacement for the defected product.
  • I would like a replacement for the missing part of my transfer cut.
  • I would like to have my entire decal redone please.
  • I would like a different product.
  • I would like an in-house credit for this product.
  • I would like my shipping refunded.
  • I would like to get the product in the correct size.
  • I would like you to reprint and ship my correct product.
  • I would like to get a new product with better printing.
  • I cannot use product as is I would like a 50% in house credit to use towards a new product.
  • I was able to use the product but would like a 15% In-House Credit for the value of the item.
  • I would like someone to contact me for assistance.
